Advertising waste control
Analyze campaign, keyword, targeting, and search-term performance against profit and inventory context before suggesting bid, budget, or negative-keyword changes.
Seller Profit, Ads & Brand Analytics Control
NotERP turns seller-authorized advertising, profit, inventory, and Brand Analytics data into governed, auditable operating actions — so seller teams stop reacting to alerts and start running their account like a process.
NotERP Seller Profit & Ads Control is an independent software service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.
Service capabilities
Not a dashboard. Not a chatbot. NotERP attaches every recommendation to its evidence and routes every write through an approval queue.
Analyze campaign, keyword, targeting, and search-term performance against profit and inventory context before suggesting bid, budget, or negative-keyword changes.
Connect advertising signals with margin, FBA fees, refunds, and landed cost so teams stop optimizing ACoS in isolation from actual profit truth.
Flag stockout, clearance, and cashflow constraints before budget, bid, or replenishment recommendations leave the approval queue.
Combine Brand Analytics search queries, catalog performance, repeat-purchase behavior, and market-basket signals with internal sales and inventory data for listing, ad, and assortment planning.
Every recommendation lands in a review queue with evidence, expected impact, approver, idempotency key, and a rollback path. Nothing writes to Amazon without going through it.
Every action keeps its full evidence packet — source data, calculation, freshness, governance route, approver, and outcome — for finance, audit, and operations review.
SP-API Brand Analytics
With seller authorization for the Brand Analytics role, NotERP ingests the seller’s own Brand Analytics and related search/traffic reports and combines them with advertising, profit, and inventory data — so brand sellers can answer real operating questions instead of staring at raw exports. See the product page for per-report SP-API report-type detail.
Track impressions, clicks, cart-adds, and purchases for the search queries your ASINs win and lose, broken down by query and ASIN. Used to plan keyword bidding, listing copy, and variation strategy.
See per-ASIN search funnel performance over time — impression share, click share, purchase share, refund rate, and shipped units — to identify under-performing variations and pricing pressure.
Measure unique customers, repeat customers, and repeat purchase revenue at ASIN and brand level to prioritize retention and subscribe-and-save SKUs. Aggregated only; no individual buyer identity is used or stored.
Top search terms with the seller’s click-through and conversion share by search term. Primary evidence input for the advertising waste agent.
Per-ASIN and per-parent-ASIN sales, sessions, page views, buy-box percentage, units ordered, and ordered product sales. Source-of-truth for traffic-and-revenue evidence inside the profit, ads, and listing review queues.
Identify products frequently purchased together with your ASINs to inform bundle, virtual-bundle, and Sponsored Display targeting strategy.
Data scope: Brand Analytics data is consumed only after the seller authorizes the Brand Analytics role through SP-API OAuth. Aggregated reports are used to power the seller’s own operating views. NotERP does not share Brand Analytics data between sellers, does not resell it, and stores it only for the authorized seller’s account, per section 4.4 and 4.5 of the Amazon SP-API Acceptable Use Policy.
SP-API roles & permissions
NotERP requests all eleven SP-API roles that appear in the Solution Provider Portal Developer Profile form. Each requested role maps directly to a seller-facing feature and is tied to NotERP’s unified governance bus and single execution gateway. See the full table with per-role purpose, PII scope, and the NotERP feature it powers on the product page. Multichannel Fulfillment (MCF) capabilities are accessed through the Amazon Fulfillment role and are not a separate SP-API role. NotERP reads no buyer PII in this release; PII handling is detailed in the Privacy Policy.
One additional App Integration capability, Notifications in Seller Central (App Integrations API), publishes NotERP operational alerts back into Seller Central so sellers see them from inside Amazon’s interface — see the product page for detail.
Data boundary
NotERP’s decision and analytics planes use only the business data a brand seller already owns: advertising performance, listings, inventory, finance, and Brand Analytics. In this release the service reads no buyer PII at all — no buyer-identifying data crosses into AI decisioning, profiling, or marketing.
The Seller Profit & Ads Control decision and analytics workflows use seller-authorized business data: advertising performance, listings, inventory status, pricing context, financial signals, operational metadata, and (with the Brand Analytics role) aggregated Brand Analytics reports. No buyer PII enters these workflows.
The service does not read buyer names, ship-to addresses, or email addresses, does not profile buyers, does not route buyer messages outside the Amazon-managed messaging gateway, and does not use buyer PII for any purpose in this release.
Data retention, access scope, PII handling, and integration boundaries are described publicly in our privacy policy and security overview.
