Recommendation with expected impact and confidence range.

Service capabilities
Detect wasteful search terms, weak targets, budget pacing issues, and campaign intent mismatches with profit and inventory context attached.
Review margin, fee, ad cost, refund, and inventory-risk signals as a single profit-truth source before treating an action as profitable.
Block or downgrade high-risk optimizations when stock, clearance, replenishment, or cashflow context changes the business decision.
Approve, reject, modify, or delegate recommendations by store, marketplace, SKU, campaign, or role — with evidence, approver, and rollback recorded.
Track evidence, approver, execution status, external response (success / partial / rejected), and post-action outcome review for every governed action.
Amazon-first workflows for seller teams. Multi-platform workflows are on the roadmap but are not represented as generally available today.
Brand Analytics intelligence
When a Brand Registry seller authorizes the Brand Analytics role through SP-API OAuth, NotERP pulls the seller’s own Brand Analytics and supplementary search/traffic reports and turns them into operating decisions next to ads, profit, and inventory data. The reports below are the specific SP-API report types NotERP requests under this role; data is consumed only for the authorizing seller’s account.
Source report:
GET_BRAND_ANALYTICS_SEARCH_QUERY_PERFORMANCE_REPORT.
Per-query and per-ASIN funnel metrics — search-query
volume, impressions, clicks, cart-adds, and purchases.
NotERP surfaces weekly and monthly query-level trends, the
seller’s share of each funnel stage, and search
queries that need ad-targeting or listing attention.
Source report:
GET_BRAND_ANALYTICS_SEARCH_CATALOG_PERFORMANCE_REPORT.
Per-ASIN search funnel performance over time —
impression share, click share, cart-add share, purchase
share, refund rate, and shipped units. Used to identify
under-performing variations, pricing pressure, and
conversion drift.
Source report:
GET_BRAND_ANALYTICS_REPEAT_PURCHASE_REPORT.
Per-ASIN and per-brand repeat-purchase metrics —
unique customers, repeat customers, and repeat-purchase
revenue. Used to prioritize retention SKUs,
subscribe-and-save candidates, and lifetime-value driven
assortment decisions. Aggregated only; no individual
customer identity is requested or stored.
Source report:
GET_BRAND_ANALYTICS_MARKET_BASKET_REPORT.
Identify products frequently purchased together with the
seller’s ASINs to inform bundle, virtual-bundle, and
Sponsored Display targeting strategy.
Source report:
GET_BRAND_ANALYTICS_SEARCH_TERMS_REPORT.
Top search terms with the seller’s click-through and
conversion share by search term. Used as the primary
evidence input for the advertising waste agent and search-
term review queue. This report is actively downloaded
end-to-end by the current NotERP release.
Source report:
GET_SALES_AND_TRAFFIC_REPORT (business
report, also gated by the Brand Analytics role for some
granularities). Per-ASIN and per-parent-ASIN sales,
sessions, page views, buy-box percentage, units ordered,
and ordered product sales. Used as the traffic-and-revenue
source-of-truth for profit, ads, and listing decisions.
This report is actively downloaded end-to-end by the
current NotERP release.
SP-API roles & permissions
NotERP Seller Profit & Ads Control requests all eleven non-PII-restricted, non-payments, non-tax SP-API roles that appear in the Solution Provider Portal Developer Profile form. Each requested role is tied directly to a seller-facing NotERP feature so the business purpose matches the role scope; sellers can connect only the roles they need. The six payments / tax / PII-routing / professional-services roles at the bottom of this table are explicitly not requested in this release. Multichannel Fulfillment (MCF) capabilities are accessed through the Amazon Fulfillment role and are not a separate SP-API role in the Developer Profile form.
GET_V2_SETTLEMENT_REPORT_DATA_FLAT_FILE_V2),
financial event groups, fee details, refund records, and
reserved-balance signals for the seller’s own account.
This report is actively downloaded end-to-end by the current
NotERP release.
In addition to the eleven SP-API roles above, NotERP also requests the Notifications in Seller Central App Integration capability (App Integrations API v2024-04-01) so NotERP can publish operational notifications back into the authorizing seller’s Seller Central inbox.
createNotification operation of the
App Integrations API v2024-04-01:
NotERP sends targeted operating notifications back into the
authorizing seller’s Seller Central inbox (the
bell-icon notification center inside Seller Central).
The following six SP-API roles are out of scope for the current NotERP Seller Profit & Ads Control release. They will not be added to the Developer Profile without first updating this page and the Privacy Policy.
Permissions principle
NotERP Seller Profit & Ads Control’s decision and analytics workflows operate without buyer PII. In this release NotERP does not read buyer PII at all — it works only on seller-authorized business data. We request only the permissions required to support an enabled workflow, and the business purpose for each permission is documented per role and in the Privacy Policy.
External write actions — for example, bid changes, budget changes, listing updates, or campaign state changes — flow through one execution gateway and require seller-defined approval policy and audit before execution.
Sellers can revoke role access from Seller Central at any time and request data deletion through privacy@noterp.ai.
