Product

An operating control product for Amazon seller teams.

Operators, founders, and finance teams review the same evidence before changing advertising, inventory, listing, pricing, or profit decisions — backed by Brand Analytics, profit truth, and a governed approval queue.

The operating loop

From seller data to governed action, with evidence at every step.

1 Seller-authorized data

Ads, profit, inventory, listing, finance, and Brand Analytics.

2 Evidence packet

Source, freshness, calculation, and business context attached.

3 AI/ML judgment

Recommendation with expected impact and confidence range.

4 Seller approval

Approve, reject, modify, delegate, or escalate by policy.

5 Governed execution

Idempotent, rate-limited write through one execution gateway.

6 Outcome review

Result, drift, and rollback path for finance and ops audit.

Service capabilities

The product surfaces a seller team uses every operating day.

Ads waste agent

Detect wasteful search terms, weak targets, budget pacing issues, and campaign intent mismatches with profit and inventory context attached.

Profit evidence

Review margin, fee, ad cost, refund, and inventory-risk signals as a single profit-truth source before treating an action as profitable.

Inventory guardrails

Block or downgrade high-risk optimizations when stock, clearance, replenishment, or cashflow context changes the business decision.

Governance queue

Approve, reject, modify, or delegate recommendations by store, marketplace, SKU, campaign, or role — with evidence, approver, and rollback recorded.

Action audit

Track evidence, approver, execution status, external response (success / partial / rejected), and post-action outcome review for every governed action.

Limited beta scope

Amazon-first workflows for seller teams. Multi-platform workflows are on the roadmap but are not represented as generally available today.

Brand Analytics intelligence

Search, traffic, and basket evidence — built into the operating queue.

When a Brand Registry seller authorizes the Brand Analytics role through SP-API OAuth, NotERP pulls the seller’s own Brand Analytics and supplementary search/traffic reports and turns them into operating decisions next to ads, profit, and inventory data. The reports below are the specific SP-API report types NotERP requests under this role; data is consumed only for the authorizing seller’s account.

Search Query Performance SQP

Source report: GET_BRAND_ANALYTICS_SEARCH_QUERY_PERFORMANCE_REPORT. Per-query and per-ASIN funnel metrics — search-query volume, impressions, clicks, cart-adds, and purchases. NotERP surfaces weekly and monthly query-level trends, the seller’s share of each funnel stage, and search queries that need ad-targeting or listing attention.

Search Catalog Performance SCP

Source report: GET_BRAND_ANALYTICS_SEARCH_CATALOG_PERFORMANCE_REPORT. Per-ASIN search funnel performance over time — impression share, click share, cart-add share, purchase share, refund rate, and shipped units. Used to identify under-performing variations, pricing pressure, and conversion drift.

Repeat Purchase Behavior

Source report: GET_BRAND_ANALYTICS_REPEAT_PURCHASE_REPORT. Per-ASIN and per-brand repeat-purchase metrics — unique customers, repeat customers, and repeat-purchase revenue. Used to prioritize retention SKUs, subscribe-and-save candidates, and lifetime-value driven assortment decisions. Aggregated only; no individual customer identity is requested or stored.

Market Basket Analysis

Source report: GET_BRAND_ANALYTICS_MARKET_BASKET_REPORT. Identify products frequently purchased together with the seller’s ASINs to inform bundle, virtual-bundle, and Sponsored Display targeting strategy.

Amazon Search Terms Report

Source report: GET_BRAND_ANALYTICS_SEARCH_TERMS_REPORT. Top search terms with the seller’s click-through and conversion share by search term. Used as the primary evidence input for the advertising waste agent and search- term review queue. This report is actively downloaded end-to-end by the current NotERP release.

Sales & Traffic Business Report

Source report: GET_SALES_AND_TRAFFIC_REPORT (business report, also gated by the Brand Analytics role for some granularities). Per-ASIN and per-parent-ASIN sales, sessions, page views, buy-box percentage, units ordered, and ordered product sales. Used as the traffic-and-revenue source-of-truth for profit, ads, and listing decisions. This report is actively downloaded end-to-end by the current NotERP release.

Data scope & limits

  • Brand Analytics data is consumed only after the seller authorizes the Brand Analytics role via SP-API OAuth.
  • Reports are stored only for the authorized seller’s account and surfaced only inside that seller’s tenant.
  • NotERP does not share Brand Analytics data between sellers and does not resell or aggregate it across sellers.
  • Brand Analytics outputs are aggregated; no individual buyer PII is requested, stored, or displayed.
  • NotERP does not request the SP-API Brand Analytics demographics, item-comparison, or alternate-purchase report types in this release; if a future release adds them, this page will be updated before activation.
  • Use of Brand Analytics data follows section 4.4 and 4.5 of the Amazon SP-API Acceptable Use Policy.

SP-API roles & permissions

Every SP-API role we request, with a business purpose and a NotERP feature it powers.

NotERP Seller Profit & Ads Control requests all eleven non-PII-restricted, non-payments, non-tax SP-API roles that appear in the Solution Provider Portal Developer Profile form. Each requested role is tied directly to a seller-facing NotERP feature so the business purpose matches the role scope; sellers can connect only the roles they need. The six payments / tax / PII-routing / professional-services roles at the bottom of this table are explicitly not requested in this release. Multichannel Fulfillment (MCF) capabilities are accessed through the Amazon Fulfillment role and are not a separate SP-API role in the Developer Profile form.

Brand Analytics Brand Registry sellers only
Read aggregated Brand Analytics and related search/traffic reports: Search Query Performance, Search Catalog Performance, Repeat Purchase, Market Basket, Amazon Search Terms, and Sales & Traffic Business Report.
Powers the Brand & Search Intelligence module, the advertising waste agent, and the profit-truth traffic-and-revenue source. See the dedicated Brand Analytics section above for per-report detail.
Pricing
Read offer pricing, featured-offer (Buy Box) pricing, and competitive pricing context for the seller’s own ASINs.
Powers the profit-truth pricing input, the advertising bid governance step (ROI gate), and the listing pricing recommendation queue. NotERP does not auto-reprice without seller-defined approval policy.
Inventory and Order Tracking
Read FBA inventory health (on-hand, reserved, inbound, researching), inbound shipment status, FBA fees, and aggregated order metadata (counts, ship-from, fulfillment channel — no buyer PII).
Powers inventory guardrails (stockout, clearance, replenishment), the inventory review queue, the ads × inventory risk gate (so ads do not push out-of-stock SKUs), and the profit-truth inventory-cost reconciliation.
Product Listing
Read and govern updates to the seller’s own catalog listings — attributes, variations, A+ content, images, and listing health issues.
Powers the listing review queue, the listing health alert feed, and the governed listing-update action. Every change requires seller-defined approval policy before the execution gateway writes back to Amazon.
Finance and Accounting
Read settlement reports (GET_V2_SETTLEMENT_REPORT_DATA_FLAT_FILE_V2), financial event groups, fee details, refund records, and reserved-balance signals for the seller’s own account. This report is actively downloaded end-to-end by the current NotERP release.
Drives the profit-truth source-of-record, the advertising ROI evidence, the finance reconciliation view, and the cashflow risk alert.
Selling Partner Insights
Read seller-account context: marketplace participations, sales participations, account status, account-health signals, and listing performance summaries for the seller’s own account.
Powers the account-health surface, the multi-store / multi-marketplace scope picker, and the seller-onboarding readiness check.
Amazon Fulfillment
Read FBA shipment status, shipment items, FBA fulfillment events, and fulfillment-policy signals for the seller’s own FBA inventory. This role also covers Multichannel Fulfillment (MCF) fulfillment-eligibility, fulfillment-policy, and fulfillment-status queries for sellers who use Amazon to fulfill orders from non-Amazon sales channels — in Amazon’s SP-API role model, MCF capabilities are accessed through the Amazon Fulfillment role and are not a separate role.
Powers the fulfillment status timeline on the order review surface, the FBA-vs-seller-fulfilled fulfillment mode signal in the profit waterfall, the shipment-delay alert, and the off-Amazon MCF fulfillment evidence surface so MCF-served orders are visible to the seller team next to FBA orders. No multichannel fulfillment requests are submitted without seller-defined approval policy.
Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD)
Read AWD inbound, inventory, and distribution status for sellers using Amazon’s upstream warehousing service.
Powers the upstream-stock signal inside inventory guardrails so replenishment recommendations include AWD-buffered stock, and surfaces AWD-to-FBA pull-through risk inside the supply review queue.
Buyer Communication
Send and read messages that travel through the Amazon buyer-seller messaging channel, scoped to the seller’s own orders. No buyer email, name, or address is read, stored, or rendered outside the Amazon-managed channel.
Powers the compliant buyer-message operator surface: drafts, send-through-Amazon, response-time SLA tracking, and message-template review queue. Messages are always routed through the Amazon messaging gateway, never directly to a buyer-owned address.
Buyer Solicitation
Send Amazon-templated review-and-feedback solicitation requests, throttled by Amazon’s per-order cap.
Powers the review-request governance queue: template selection by SKU, eligibility check (return / refund / cancel exclusions), and per-account rate-limit enforcement — all routed through one execution gateway with audit trail.
Sustainability Certification
Read and submit product sustainability certifications and attribute claims for the seller’s own catalog.
Powers the sustainability-attribute evidence surface on the listing review queue so sellers can see which ASINs are missing required claims; submissions are routed through the governed listing-update action queue.

Additional App Integration capability requested

In addition to the eleven SP-API roles above, NotERP also requests the Notifications in Seller Central App Integration capability (App Integrations API v2024-04-01) so NotERP can publish operational notifications back into the authorizing seller’s Seller Central inbox.

Notifications in Seller Central App Integration capability
Enables the createNotification operation of the App Integrations API v2024-04-01: NotERP sends targeted operating notifications back into the authorizing seller’s Seller Central inbox (the bell-icon notification center inside Seller Central).
Powers the governance-queue handoff to Seller Central: when a NotERP recommendation requires the seller to take a decision (approve / modify / reject) that is faster to handle inside Seller Central than inside NotERP, a templated notification is delivered to the seller’s Seller Central inbox with a deep link back into the NotERP review queue. Notifications are sent only from pre-approved templates, only to the authorizing seller, and only when the seller-defined approval policy requires seller action.

Roles NotERP explicitly does not request in this release

The following six SP-API roles are out of scope for the current NotERP Seller Profit & Ads Control release. They will not be added to the Developer Profile without first updating this page and the Privacy Policy.

Direct to Consumer Shipping PII restricted
Generates shipping labels with buyer name and address.
Not requested. NotERP does not purchase seller-fulfilled shipping labels and does not read buyer shipping addresses in this release.
Tax Invoicing Restricted
Generates tax-compliant invoices with buyer tax details.
Not requested. NotERP does not generate tax invoices.
Tax Remittance Restricted
Calculates and remits sales tax on behalf of the seller.
Not requested. NotERP does not calculate, file, or remit taxes.
Professional Services Restricted
Provides in-home assembly and installation services to Amazon customers.
Not requested. NotERP does not deliver in-home services.
Account Information Service Provider (AISP) Open Banking
Opens banking-account information APIs to European third- party providers.
Not requested. NotERP is not an AISP and does not access bank account data.
Payment Initiation Service Provider (PISP) Open Banking
Opens payment-initiation APIs to European third-party providers.
Not requested. NotERP is not a PISP and does not initiate payments.

Permissions principle

Initial access is intentionally limited to what each workflow requires.

NotERP Seller Profit & Ads Control’s decision and analytics workflows operate without buyer PII. In this release NotERP does not read buyer PII at all — it works only on seller-authorized business data. We request only the permissions required to support an enabled workflow, and the business purpose for each permission is documented per role and in the Privacy Policy.

External write actions — for example, bid changes, budget changes, listing updates, or campaign state changes — flow through one execution gateway and require seller-defined approval policy and audit before execution.

Sellers can revoke role access from Seller Central at any time and request data deletion through privacy@noterp.ai.
