Service

NotERP Seller Profit & Ads Control provides software for Amazon seller teams to analyze operating data, review evidence, manage recommendations, and route selected actions through governance workflows. With seller authorization, the service integrates the eleven Amazon SP-API roles requested on the product page — including Brand Analytics, Pricing, Product Listing, Inventory and Order Tracking, Finance and Accounting, Selling Partner Insights, Amazon Fulfillment (which also covers Multichannel Fulfillment / MCF queries), Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD), Sustainability Certification, Buyer Communication, and Buyer Solicitation. Amazon SP-API restricted roles for payment-services, additional PII shipping (Direct-to-Consumer Shipping), and tax are not requested.

Customer authorization

Customers are responsible for authorizing integrations only for accounts they own or are permitted to manage. Customers may revoke integration access at any time through the connected platform’s authorization process (for SP-API, through Seller Central).

No guaranteed outcomes

NotERP Seller Profit & Ads Control provides analysis, recommendations, workflow controls, and operational tooling. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, advertising performance, ranking, conversion, inventory outcomes, or marketplace approval.

Governed actions

Customers are responsible for reviewing recommendations and configuring which actions require approval, may be automated, or must be blocked. The service is designed to record evidence, approver, idempotency, and audit context for every governed action.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use NotERP Seller Profit & Ads Control to violate marketplace policies, infringe intellectual property, misuse personal data, evade platform controls, or perform unlawful activity. Brand Analytics data must be used only within the boundaries of the Amazon SP-API Acceptable Use Policy and only within the authorized seller’s own tenant.

Pricing

NotERP Seller Profit & Ads Control is a subscription service. Pricing depends on connected accounts, enabled workflows, support scope, and implementation needs. Written pricing is provided before onboarding. The service does not charge customers through Amazon.
